Replaced eight scattered tools at UCLA's Easton Center with one BruinLearn front door and a SmartSuite ops layer. Cut clicks 85%, gave staff back five hours a week, and quietly moved 350+ student records out of a public spreadsheet.
LBUSD Staffing Strategy
Applied Management Research Capstone
Built a workload-based staffing model for a 63,000-student district to replace the old enrollment-based ratios. Showed how to get from 720:1 to the recommended 500:1 without adding any budget.

What tools are currently in your stack?
Lately: Framer, n8n, Claude APIs, AWS, Browserless, Snowflake, Python, JavaScript, and aggressively overusing automation where appropriate.
Are you more PM or engineer?
Somewhere in the middle. Technical enough to build, product-minded enough to know when not to.
Why are there so many diving references on this website?
100+ dives changes a person. Also bad UX underwater feels significantly more personal.
Why no big polished case studies at the top?
Because I'd rather show you how I think than how I package. Scroll a bit and the work speaks for itself.
What do you actually build?
Usually products, workflows, or systems that start with me saying “there has to be a less painful way to do this.”
